My experience was very negative. The service I received left much to be desired, as the staff failed to provide clear or accurate information at any point. Furthermore, it was unprofessional that they spent a significant amount of time using their mobile phones instead of attending to patients. On the other hand, the doctor who was supposed to see me made me wait for over an hour and a half without giving me any concrete explanation. Finally, due to the lack of organization and the uncertainty about whether I would be seen or not, I was forced to leave without having my appointment. I believe that these kinds of situations reflect poor management and a clear lack of respect for patients' time.
