The view of the city of San Miguel from this spot is beautiful... when it's clear. When it's cloudy, you can sometimes see the clouds from above like cotton balls amidst the mountains. It's a bit chilly, and an icy wind chills you to the bone. The entrance to this place is by climbing the mountain located to the right of the main road into the city, near the San Miguel extension of the State University of Bolívar, along a gravel road for about 5 minutes.
