Excellent site to admire and support people. You have to visit it.

Private property with a clearing in a strategic location on the road where you can park your car, buy some drinks, and admire the Ecuadorian coast from above. You can almost always see the clouds below, but watching the sunset is magical. The owners charge 25 cents for parking. I agree with this to support the local economy by offering a fair price, especially compared to the cost of parking in the cities. 300 meters further on, there are more clearings without people or houses. The best time to go is around 6:00 PM (be there before sunset). The route is known as "El Torneado," past Guaranda. The road is dangerous for those who don't respect the speed limit or traffic signals. For those of us who do, the road is good and convenient because it saves time.

Sunset in Cochabamba, fifteen minutes from San José de Chimbo and ten from the Virgen del Guayco Grotto. The best sunsets in the Bolívar province, especially from July to November... and the nights are also for the curious; if you're lucky, you might see UFOs, says the person who lives at the viewpoint. It's better than the landscape of Guapuloma in San Miguel de Bolívar.
