It's a nice place, but they should fix the lights to make it look a bit better.

The El Panecillo neighborhood viewpoint, as it's known, has been renovated and offers a beautiful view of the area. At night, its lighting makes it a lovely spot for taking photos or simply enjoying the scenery of San Miguel de Bolívar. On a clear day, you'll have a beautiful view of the majestic Chimborazo volcano.
