Quinta Puchali

The Quinta is beautiful, but the access roads are terrible, and below the Quinta is the police shooting range, so you don't know if they're trying to kill you or something, because right at the party, the cops were practicing shooting.

Worst place ever. Zero cleanliness, 100% humidity, bad service, and neglect. The place is in terrible condition; they don't even clean the room when you check in. It was a terrible experience. We came for Carnival, but "bad" doesn't even begin to describe how awful our stay at this "lodging" was. I don't know what condition the sheets are in, but they all have dust mites, even if you ask them to change them. It's obvious they never clean anything because there's dust everywhere, cobwebs, insects, and a musty smell. There's supposed to be a pool, but it's just for show because it's clear they never clean it.

Terrible experience at this place. They gave us a filthy room, and when we asked them to clean it, their supposed cleaning consisted of spraying air freshener to make it look like it had been cleaned. Dust, mites, cobwebs, dampness, and a bad smell perfectly describe this place.

Not recommended at all!! The neglect is evident in every aspect of this place: the rooms are filthy, they don't change the linens, you ask for cleaning and they bring you sheets that are just as dirty, or even dirtier, the bathrooms are full of cobwebs and disgusting, and the famous pool is completely black. It's not worth it, not even in an emergency like my case during Carnival. Furthermore, the price doesn't include breakfast, and there's no reception service; you're left completely abandoned if you need anything.
