San Miguel de Bolivar is a very beautiful and peaceful city with incredibly friendly people. It's an affordable place to live, although the climate is cool, with temperatures around 16 or 17 degrees Celsius. Sometimes there's fog, but it clears quickly and doesn't linger. The city's cathedral is as beautiful as the town itself. It's very safe; people don't go out until very late at night. It feels quiet after 7 pm, but even then, there's a sense of security and tranquility that's highly valued in a city.
